About The Mudpot

The Mudpot began as a humble home-based business founded by three sisters on 8 November 2023, initially serving weekend curry packs with the support of two close friends. Fueled by love from the local community, the business steadily grew to serve approximately 70 families each week, supported by five dedicated delivery drivers.

After a successful year offering weekend curry packs and party pack services, the three sisters envisioned a bigger dream: to take Sri Lankan cuisine to the world. As part of this vision, The Mudpot Midland was established as the first restaurant in Perth, Western Australia - bringing the warmth and authenticity of Sri Lankan home-cooking to a wider audience.
