Dine-In Policy at The Mudpot
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all our valued guests, please take note of our dine-in policies:
- Reservations: We highly recommend pre-booking, especially for weekend dinners (Saturday & Sunday), to secure your table.
- Walk-in Guests: We will do our best to accommodate you based on table availability. If a table is not immediately available, we may suggest the next available time or offer a takeaway option.
- Plate Usage: Kindly use the same plate throughout your meal. A charge of AUD 5 may apply for any plate changes.
- Dining Time Limit: Each reservation is allocated 1.5 hours from the booked time to accommodate all guests, especially from Saturday lunch to Sunday dinner.
- Outside Food: Bringing outside food is not permitted unless approved by The Mudpot team.
- Food from the buffet cannot be taken as a takeaway unless authorized by a staff member.
